Japanese Seafood Soup in 3 Minutes

Dissolve a fish stock cube and add nori and beaten egg for a wonderful seafood soup.

Ingredients

Fish stock cube 1
Hot water 400ml
Nori sheet 1
Egg 1
Sesame seeds as required

Method

Add the fish stock cube into 200ml hot water. Add the nori sheet and bring to the boil.

Beat the egg and pour into the pan. Turn the heat off after 30 seconds and transfer to a serving bowl. Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and serve.

Tips & Note

●If you add wakame seaweed, you'll get a wonderful extra deep flavour
