Serves 4 Cook: 25 min

Ingredients

Potatoes (medium) 4
Onion (medium) 1
Bacon rashers 2
Salmon fillets 2
Milk 300ml
Cheese sauce pack (40g) 1
Stuffing mix 2-3 tbsp

Method

1
This is the cheese sauce I used this time.
2
I used this stuffing mix too - it's usually used for at Christmas for the turkey but if you sprinkle this over at the end, it gives it a delicious flavour.
3
Finely slice the potatoes 1-2mm thick and place in a microwaveable tray for 2 minutes (600W).
4
Add the finely sliced onions and fine strips of bacon and mix well. Place the bitesize salmon pieces on top.
5
Put the cheese sauce and milk in a pan and heat for 2 minutes. Pour over Step 4 and put in a preheated oven 200C for 10 minutes.
6
Remove then sprinkle with the stuffing mix and return to the oven to brown the surface.

Tips & Note

The cheese sauce, stuffing mix and bacon are already quite salty so you won't need to season this additionally.
