Oven Baked Breaded Courgettes

Bake with the spray oil instead of deep frying.

Ingredients

Courgette 1
●Breadcrumbs 5-6 tbsp
●Garlic salt 1/2 tbsp
●Parsley 1 tbsp
●Paprika 1 tbsp
●Parmigiano reggiano 2 tbsp
Flour 4 tbsp
Egg 1
Spray oil as required

Method

Cut the courgette into thirds, then each into 6 long pieces.

Add all the ●ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Preheat the oven 200C.

Dredge Step 1 with flour and run through the beaten egg. Cover with the breadcrumbs.

Spray oil the oven tray and put Step 3 onto it. Spray oil again a couple of times.

Bake in the oven for 18 minutes. I tastes delicious as it is but if you serve with sour cream or mayonnaise, this is also tasty.

Tips & Note

●Spray oil means you don't need to deep fry, nor do too much washing up.
