Pork & Konjak Noodles in Mapo Sauce

Ingredients

Konjak noodles pack 1 (170g)
●Sesame oil 1 tbsp
●Soy sauce 2 tbsp
●Sugar 2 tbsp
●Mirin 1 tbsp
●Sake 2 tbsp
●Chinese chilli bean sauce 1 tsp
●Miso (red) 1 tbsp
Yellow pepper 1/4
Red pepper 1/4
Green beans 12-15
Minced pork 150g
Salt & pepper a little

Method

Wash the konjak noodles and drain and cut into 5cm lengths. Cut all the vegetables into fine strips.

Fry the minced pork in a frying pan with oil and season lightly with salt & pepper. Remove to a plate.

Add the green beans then the peppers and fry. Season with salt & pepper. When softened, add the konjak noodles and fry.

Add all the ●ingredients and stir. Return the minced pork to the pan and mix well before serving.

Tips & Note

You'll get a lovely crunchy vegetable dish so don't overcook them.
