'Doria' Avocado

Ingredients

【A】
Firm tofu 100g
Onion 40g
Smoked salmon trimmings 40g
Vegetable oil 1 tsp
Mirin 小さじ1
Soy sauce 小さじ1/3
【B】
Avocado 1/2
White miso 1 tsp
Lemon juice a squeeze
Wasabi 1/2 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbp
Mirin 1/2 tsp
【C】
Cooked rice 140g
Butter 10g
Soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Crushed sesame seeds 1 tsp
Nori sheets as required
Avocado slices for garnish 1/4
Sliced cheese as required

Method

Microwave the tofu for 1 minute, then pat dry.

Finely slice the onion.

Add the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the onions. When softened, add the tofu and smoked salmon and stir fry lightly on a medium heat.

Add the mirin and soy sauce.

Blend together all the ingredients for B to make a paste.

Add all the ingredients for C to Step 5. Mix together and put into a gratin dish. Sprinkle the crushed nori sheet over the top.

Place Step 4 on the crushed nori, then place Step 5 over this. Place the sliced avocado on top and cover with the cheese.

Bake in the oven 200C for 5 minutes.

Tips & Note

●The salty taste for the ingredients for A will depend on the saltiness of the smoked salmon trimmings, so adjust to your taste.
