Serves 6個分 Cook: 10 min

Ingredients

Grissini 3
Cream cheese 100g
Fig jam 2 tbsp
Cured ham slices 6 large
Basil leaves for garnish

Method

1
Mix the cream cheese and fig jam together.
2
Spread onto half the cured ham slice. Lay a grissini stick across and roll so it resembles a lollipop. Garnish with basil leaves, it's ready!
3
This is the fig jam I used.

Tips & Note

●You can also use marmalade, apricot, blueberry or raspberry jam.
●The grissini will become soft with time, so prepare these just before serving.
●You can add chopped basil leaves into Step 1 if you really like the taste of basil.
