London's newest (and only) izakaya, Kiri, opened last November to keen and excited diners looking for Japanese pub-style food in a relaxed atmosphere. It's a two minute walk from Bond Street tube station, so ideally suited for a lazy lunch-blending-into-early-evening visit or a post-shop revitalising boost. Head chef Eduardo Aguiar, pictured, - who has earned a high reputation on TripAdvisor - enjoys working in the restaurant's modern interior that befits a Japaneseness in Europe, producing harmonious and tasty dishes. Kiri shares with us 4 popular dishes from their menu that can easily be reproduced at home. If the sound of 'spicy sweet potato croquettes' and 'Korean fried chicken' doesn't get your tastebuds tickling, surely your mouth will water at 'crab salad' and 'scallops and prawn seafood gratin' - your dinner party guests will love you!
