We welcome our newest cookbuzz member, Kiri Restaurant! To get us off to a cracking start, they've posted a delicious and tempting sweet potato croquette recipe, ideal to make at this time of year (and a good one to practise before your Christmas parties!). They look so moreish, and we love that they include squash and spinach too. These croquettes are a perfect example of the kind of food available at Kiri, a Japanese Izakaya restaurant.
