Tigg's is run by farming brothers Jacob and Sam James, using a recipe created by their New Zealand grandmother who settled in the rural idyll of Herefordshire in 1954. The secret to their versatility is the combination of apple cider vinegar with a range of natural ingredients. Tigg's recommends using Perfect Match in everything from marinades and relishes to salad dressings and pasta sauces. Hold on - that means you could probably ditch several more jars and bottles from your shelves and just reach for bright orange, red, yellow or green!
