Crispy Cornflake Chicken

A good snack for kids and a great nibble with drinks.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillets 4
Cornflakes 1.5 cups
Vegetable oil as required
[Seasoning]
Salt & pepper a little
Garlic (smashed) 1 clove
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
White wine 1 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp

Method

1
Chop the chicken into bitesize pieces and rub with all the seasoning ingredients.

Spread the cornflakes out on a baking tray and coat the chicken pieces thoroughly.

Put oil in a frying pan 1cm deep and fry the the chicken on low heat on both sides until nice and golden.

You can add a slice of lemon to garnish before serving.

Tips & Note

●Use plain cornflakes!
●Press the chicken pieces down into the cornflakes so they stick firmly.
