Pan-fried Chicken Breast With Cheese

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillets 2
★Sugar, Soy sauce, mirin, sake 2 tbsp each
Your favourite cheese as you like
Potato starch or cornflour as required

Method

Make the chicken breast fillets but slicing the breast in half, almost all the way through.

Put the cheese in the middle and fold back over.

Dredge in potato starch.

Put some oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken on a medium heat until it browns.

Add all the ★ingredients.

Cook on a low heat until all the liquid has evaporated. It's ready!
