Fried Chicken in Miso

Marinade the chicken in yogurt to soften before cooking. It makes the cooking time shorter!

Ingredients

Chicken thighs 2
Yogurt as required
★Miso 2 tbsp
★Soy sauce 1 tbsp
★Mirin 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 clove
Salt & pepper as required
Sesame oil 1 tbsp

Method

Put the chicken thighs in the yogurt for one hour.

Put the sesame oil in a frying pan and add the sliced garlic, then turn the heat on medium.

Add the chicken thighs coated in yogurt and fry until browned.

Add all the ★ingredients. Fry until the chicken is cooked through.

Season to taste with salt.

Sprinkle with pepper before serving.

Tips & Note

You could sprinkle some sesame seeds on top if you like.
