Serves 2 Prep: 3 min Cook: 2 min Nutrition: 70 cals

Ingredients

Tinned marrowfat peas 1 (300g)
Mint leaves 5-6
Salt & pepper as you like

Method

1
This time I used a 300g tin of Tesco's marrowfat peas. Of course, you can use garden peas.
2
Blend the drained peas and mint. If you want to enjoy the texture of the peas, just blitz lightly. Put the mixture into a bowl and cover with cling film. Microwave for 2 minutes.
3
Transfer to serving dishes after seasoning with salt & pepper to your taste. I enjoyed this with lamb cutlets as a refreshing vegetable side dish.
