Steak with Delicious Garlic Butter Sauce

Butter is made from milk fat contained in cow's milk. So give it back to the cow! The smell of burnt butter is so addictive.

Ingredients

Your favorite steak meat 200-300g
Salt 1 tsp
Pepper 2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic 4-5 cloves
Parsley 2 tbsp

Method

Remove excess fat from the steak meat and cut away the muscle. Season with the salt and plenty of pepper and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Heat a frying pan on high heat and add the butter, steak meat and the sliced garlic and fry.

Keep scooping and basting the meat with the butter. Fry the meat on both sides for around 6 minutes in total.

Turn the heat off and transfer the meat to a plate to rest for a few minutes.

Add the finely chopped parsley to the sauce and cook on residual heat.

Pour lots of garlic butter sauce over the steak and enjoy!
