Cream cheese 280g
Double cream 280ml
Milk 2 tbsp
Sugar 120g
Rich tea biscuits 20
Instant coffee 3 tbsp
Hot water 6 tbsp
Cocoa powder as required

Method

1
Here are the ingredients.
2
Make the instant coffee with the hot water. Break the biscuits and soak in the coffee so that they absorb this liquid.
3
Blend the room temperature cream cheese and add the sugar. Mix until it dissolves.
4
Whip the double cream to soft peaks in a separate bowl.
5
Add half the whipped cream from Step into the cream cheese at Step 3. Blend evenly then add the remaining cream from Step 4 and mix with a spatula.
6
Add the milk to Step 5 a bit at a time and mix. You can add 2-3 drops of brandy if you want.
7
In your serving dishes, put in the soaked biscuits and cream cheese in 3 separate layers.
8
Cover with cling film and keep in the fridge for 1-3 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder on top before serving.
9
A glass dessert bowl will make the tiramisu look and taste more refreshing.
