Squid 1
Celery 2
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Finely chopped ginger 1/2 tsp
Sake 3 tbsp
Dashi powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Potato starch or conrflour 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp

Method

1
Remove the fibres off the celery, then cut into diagonal slices 2-3 mm long. Put in a frying pan with the ginger and fry until the celery is translucent.
2
Add the bitesize pieces of squid. If you can, score the pieces first. Add all the other ingredients.

Tips & Note

You can use Chinese dashi powder which works better but you can also use a vegetable bouillon if you prefer.
