Peanut butter | 50g |
Fish sauce | 0.5 tbsp |
Rice syrup | 0.5 tbsp |
Tamarind paste | 1 tbsp |
Grated ginger | 1 tsp |
Hot water | 2 tbsp |
●If you don't have rice syrup, add 1 tbsp light brown sugar. Or 1 tbsp rice vinegar instead of the tamarind paste.
●You can also add boiled egg or chopped tomatoes if you like.
