Pork & Chinese Leaves Sesame Miso Stir Fry

Ingredients

Pork loin fillets 6
Chinese leaves 6
Potato starch as required
Spring onion 1
Sesame seeds lots!
Salt a little
Pepper a little
Sauce:
Miso 1 tbsp
Sake 1 tbsp
Mirin 1 tsp
Light soy sauce 1 tbsp
Dashi granules a little

Method

Here are the main ingredients.

Season the pork with salt & pepper and finely chop the spring onion.

Mix all the sauce ingredients together in a bowl.

Cut the pork into bitesize pieces and dredge with the potato starch.

Roughly cut the Chinese leaves and fry. Transfer to a plate.

Put some more oil in the pan and fry the pork.

When nicely browned, return the Chinese leaves and fry together.

Add the sauce and sesame seeds.

Garnish with the chopped spring onions, it's ready to serve.

Tips & Note

It's less hassle frying the Chinese leaves first otherwise you'd have to wash the pan after frying the pork in potato starch.
Sprinkle lots of spring onions and sesame seeds for extra flavour.
