Ingredients

薄力粉(セルフレイジング) 110g
卵(M) 3コ
砂糖 150g
無塩バター 100g
アーモンドパウダー 90g
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
ブルーベリー 150g

Method

オーブンを170℃に予熱する。型にベーキングシートを敷く。

薄力粉をふるう。バターを電子レンジで溶かしておく(約1分が目安)。

全卵に砂糖を数度に分けて加えながら、泡立てる。

③に薄力粉を加えながら混ぜ、さらにアーモンドパウダーも加え良く混ぜる。最後にバターとバニラエクストラクトを加え、ざっくりと混ぜる。

型に④を流し入れ、洗って水気を切っておいたブルーベリーを満遍なく乗せる。170℃のオーブンで35分焼けば出来上がり。

お好みでバニラ・アイスクリーム(分量外)を添えて食卓へどうぞ。
