Ketchup Fried Chinese Leaves & Sausage

Ingredients

Chinese leaves 4
Chipolata sausages 5-6
Salt & pepper as required
Green peas (frozen) 1 tbsp
Chicken stock cube 1/2
Hot water 150ml
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Baby mushrooms 5-6

Method

Roughly chop the Chinese leaves and cut the mushrooms in half. Score the sausages diagonally and cut in half.

Put the sesame oil in a frying pan and add the white parts of the Chinese leaves and sausages. Season with salt & pepper and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the green tops of the Chinese leaves, chicken stock, ketchup, soy sauce and honey.

Add the frozen green peas and simmer for 2 minutes. When the sauce has reduced, it's ready to enjoy.
