Ingredients

Cod fillets 200g
Sugar 2 tbsp
Sake 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Pink food colouring (natural) 1/8 tsp/few drops

Method

Put all the ingredients in a pan and turn the heat on low.

Use a wooden spoon to break the cod into flakes. Cook for 15 minutes.

Keep stirring patiently until the moisture has evaporated. It's ready to use in sushi rolls or as a condiment.
