Garlic 1 clove
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Salt a pinch

Peel the garlic and roughly chop and put into a blender.

Add the egg (at room temperature), lemon juice, salt and oil.

Blend in pulses to avoid it splashing for 30 seconds.

This won't last because you're using raw egg, so finish it the same day as you make it.
