Pan Fried Pork in a Miso & Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

Pork loin 300g
Seasonings:
●Miso 2 tbsp
●Sugar 2 tsp
●Light soy sauce 1 tsp
●Sake 1 tbsp
●Parmigiano reggiano 4 tbsp
Flour as required
Salt as required
Vegetable oil as required
Lettuce leaves 4-5

Method

Cut the pork into 5-10mm strips and season with salt. Keep for 2-3 minutes.

Mix all the ●ingredients together in a bowl.

Dredge the pork with flour and fry in vegetable oil in a frying pan.

Add the seasonings from Step 2, put the lid on and fry until the cheese melts.

Place the fine strips of lettuce on a serving dish and top with the seasoned pork from Step 4. It's ready to enjoy.

Tips & Note

●You could use chicken instead of pork if you prefer
●If the cheese seems a bit strong, serve with some lemon wedges on the side
