Recipe By: KMR-type-B (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/47)
Serves 1 Cook: 5 min

Ingredients

Flour 5 tbsp
Sugar 3 tbsp
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Method

1
Mix the flour, sugar and coffee in a bowl. Add the oil and mix well.
2
Divide into bitesize shapes, I made small ping pong size balls. Microwave (540W) for 2-3 minutes.
3
Allow to cool before enjoying. You could use fragrant tea leaves instead of coffee.

Tips & Note

The outside is nice and crispy and the inside is fluffy. Don't add too much coffee otherwise it will be too bitter. If the shape is too thin or you microwave it for too long, it may burn, so bear this in mind when making the shapes.
