Pull-Apart Bread

This tear and share bread is so simple - make lots of slices in a round bread and fill with cheese and bake!

Recipe By: KitchenCIB (https://cookbuzz.com/kitchen/94)
Serves 4~6 Prep: 15 min Cook: 25 min

Ingredients

Round bread 20cm diameter 1
Spring onions 5
Butter (salted) 90-100g
Garlic 2 cloves
Red Leicester cheese 150g
Mozzarella 150g

Method

1
These are the ingredients. Mozzarella is essential and the other cheeses should be mature or strong-tasting.
2
Melt the butter in the microwave and chop the spring onions and garlic finely. Preheat the oven to 180C.
3
Slice the cheese 2mm thick. Add the spring onions and garlic into the melted butter and stir well.
4
Score the bread every 2cm with a very sharp knife, almost to the bottom. Turn the bread 90 degrees and score again to create a criss cross.
5
Pour just melted butter into the cuts.
6
Add the cheese pieces into the cuts then pour the butter with the spring onions and garlic into the cuts.
7
Wrap with tin foil and bake for 15 minutes.
8
Remove the tin foil and bake for a further 10 minutes. It's ready to eat: use your fingers or a fork to tear it off.

Tips & Note

If you add Parma ham or sliced tomatoes or sweetcorn, I think this would be even more delicious.
It's better to use a soft loaf to make it easier to slice before you add the other ingredients.
