Water 5 parts
Soy sauce 1 part
Mirin 1 part
Bonito flakes 5g

Method

Put the water, soy sauce and mirin in a pan (5:1:1) and boil.

Add the bonito flakes and turn the heat off. Wait 15-20 seconds then drain. That's it!
