There's no simple way to make an authentic tonkotsu stock at home, it's very complicated. Instead, try this simpler recipe - it's not authentic but still super delicious!
It looks perfect, it tastes nearly perfect...it only needs a bit more research on the noodles.
Beansprouts, Polish smoked ham slices, Spring onion, Egg, Hot water, Fish stock cube, Miso (red or mixed), Chinese chilli bean sauce (Tobanjan), Granulated sugar, Salt & pepper, Sesame oil
This is an amazing collaboration of miso soup and teriyaki chicken! My photo shows when I made it for two but my recipe is for one.
Hot water, Miso (red or mixed), Fish stock cube, Chinese chilli bean sauce (Tobanjan), Chicken breast fillet, Salt & pepper, Soy sauce, Sugar, Sake, Mirin, Vegetable oil, Leek, Spring onion, Egg noodles
It sounds like you're cheating by using a stock cube but it's actually far more delicious than I expected! There are many noodle bars serving worse-tasting ramen than this...try it, I'm sure you'll love it!
Fish stock cube, Hot water, Butter, Egg noodles (fine), Miso (red or mixed), Granulated sugar
Fry the minced pork well with miso to get a delicious ramen dish.
