Korean Beansprouts Namul

Ingredients

Beansprouts a handful
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic 1 clove
Pepper a pinch
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Chicken stock powder 1 tsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp

Method

Wash the beansprouts and drain well. Boil some hot water in a pan, add the salt and beansprout and cook for 2 minutes.

Drain the beansprouts then return them to the warm pan. Add the chicken stock powder, grated garlic, pepper and sesame oil and mix well.

Crush the sesame seeds with your fingers and sprinkle them on top. It's ready.
