I was adopted went to one of the finest high schools in Sonoma country up north from san Francisco AKA wine country! Due to this finest high school i could have gone to a excellent college but i got hit by lightning and fell in love with culinary arts! i graduated high school early and went a community college and received my front of house certificate along with my culinary arts certificate within 2 years!
i have worked at a couple of well known restaurants 3-4 stars! and i am always a home cook! i follow this quote which is my philosophy
